Vice Chair

Angela works closely with the Chair and CEO to provide strategic leadership and ensure strong governance at Murray’s Initiative.

With a long career in HR, Angela brings deep experience in people management, empathy and building strong relationships based on trust and shared goals. Early in her career, she worked on complex alcohol-related cases, experiences that strengthened her resolve to make a difference. Following her retirement from HR, joining Murray’s Initiative as a Board member felt like a natural next step.

Angela is particularly inspired by the charity’s holistic model, which spans counselling, prevention, employability and wellbeing. She takes pride in supporting leaders, encouraging new ways of thinking and contributing to work that transforms lives.
