Grant brings extensive experience in human resources and governance to Murray’s Initiative. He helps ensure the organisation is structured, managed and resourced in a way that supports staff and clients. His professional expertise in HR means safeguarding good practice, protecting jobs and making sure the charity remains fit for purpose.

Before retiring from his role as a HR Director at Amazon Europe, Grant spent over a decade in senior leadership positions in the private sector around the world. Over the last 10 years, he has also served on the boards of five charities across England and Scotland, giving him deep insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the voluntary sector.

Grant is particularly proud of supporting charities to strengthen impact for clients, ensuring funds are used effectively, services remain stable and jobs are protected.
