At Elevate, we understand that everyone’s journey is different — and our team is here to support you at every stage.

Whether you are focusing on building confidence and personal development or you are ready to move quickly into work, volunteering, training or education, we have the right support for you.

Employability Support Workers specialise in helping you grow your confidence and develop the skills you need to take the next step. This is done through tailored one-to-one support and may include recovery support and basic IT skills. Meetings can take place out in the community or at the office, wherever suits you best.

If you are looking to move straight into work, our Employment Advisors can support you with job searching, CVs, applications and interview preparation.

Partner Testimonials

“We’ve been proud to work alongside Elevate for the past six years and see daily the positive impact the programme has on both individuals and organisations.

Several of our staff first connected with us through Elevate and now hold roles at all levels, including leadership. Elevate has created and strengthened employability pathways for people with lived experience, setting a standard of best practice that should be replicated nationwide.”

“CrossReach greatly values our partnership with Elevate PSP. Their networking opportunities bring together voluntary organisations and community services across Glasgow, helping us share good practice and widen opportunities for people in recovery. This collaboration hugely benefits those we support, many of whom are homeless or living with poor mental health.

We currently host two Elevate placements completing their SVQ3 in Health & Social Care, whose contributions have been significant. One has already gone on to secure a Relief Support Worker role within our service. In addition, an Employability Support Worker from Elevate visits us fortnightly, offering one-to-one support.

The impact of Elevate’s work is clear: people gain purpose, structure, and self-esteem — all vital for sustaining recovery.”
