Service Manager - Employability

Ashleigh manages our Elevate Employability Service, supporting individuals in recovery to build brighter futures. Her role involves building partnerships with organisations, creating opportunities for participants and raising awareness of Elevate in the community. She also oversees vocational placements each year, working closely with host organisations to ensure Trainees are supported and placements succeed.

Passionate about respect, empathy and collaboration, Ashleigh upholds our holistic, person-centred approach. With a background in health and social care, including work with homelessness and addiction services, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges people face and the importance of hope at every stage of recovery.

Ashleigh is particularly proud of Elevate’s impact on participants’ personal development. Each year’s graduation ceremony is a highlight, celebrating achievements with a sense of gratitude, accomplishment and happiness.
