Debra oversees Murray’s Initiative’s Women’s Wellbeing, Men’s Wellbeing and LGBTQ+ Health & Wellbeing services. She leads the day-to-day delivery of these programmes, ensuring each provides a safe and person-centred experience for every participant. Working closely with partner organisations, Debra ensures that support is tailored to individual needs.
Debra is passionate about empowering people to improve their health and wellbeing, overcome barriers and exceed their own expectations. She takes great pride in seeing participants achieve positive outcomes through the compassionate, skilled work of her team.
Before joining Murray’s Initiative, Debra worked in the employability sector before moving into charity work – an experience that deepened her commitment to person-centred support and the power of collaboration in transforming lives.
