Service Manager - Education & Development

James manages our Community Education, U-Turn Peer Education and Training & Development services, as well as overseeing IT infrastructure and digital media. His work focuses on harm reduction and early intervention – helping people make informed choices before problems escalate.

Passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential, James works with clients and staff to break down barriers, set clear goals and build confidence. His career has spanned youth services across Glasgow, including roles as a Youth Engagement Worker and manager of a peer education service. He also brings international experience from his work with Camp America.

Alongside his professional role, James volunteers as a First Aid, often leading teams of up to 50 volunteers and taking medical command at major events including concerts, festivals and football matches.
