Lisa oversees Murray’s Initiatives Employability and Health and Wellbeing Services. Lisa also contributes to the organisation’s overall strategic planning as part of the senior management team.

With a background in psychology and counselling skills, Lisa has combined her academic training with extensive management experience – beginning her career in retail before moving into the third sector. She is passionate about coaching and developing managers and teams, helping them reach their full potential. She also plays a key role in securing new contracts, ensuring Murray’s Initiative can expand its reach and continue delivering vital support to more people.

Lisa is particularly proud of the managers she mentors and the teams they lead, whose growth and dedication ensure that clients receive the highest possible quality of support.
