Training Manager

Neil delivers a wide range of counselling courses, including our COSCA-validated programmes. He also serves as a Counselling Supervisor, ensuring counsellors work ethically and to best practice, while maintaining his own counselling caseload to keep his practice current.

Neil brings professional and personal insight to his work. A former teacher, he supported pupils affected by alcohol & drug issues and delivered education programmes in schools. Alongside this, his own experiences of addiction within family and community settings continue to shape his commitment to supporting others.

For Neil, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing the difference that counselling and training can make – for families and wider relationships as well as for the individual.
