Vincent leads the financial management of Murray’s Initiative, overseeing budgets, accounts, reporting, payroll and other aspects of financial management. He ensures the organisation’s resources are managed responsibly and transparently, supporting the delivery of our vital services.

A finance professional with over 30 years’ experience, Vincent has worked in senior roles across accountancy, industry and the charitable sector before joining Murray’s Initiative in 2023.

Although not on the frontline, Vincent takes pride in the charity’s impact and is passionate about making finance part of the mission, not just a back-office function. By building trust with trustees, senior leaders and staff, he has shown how good financial stewardship underpins Murray’s values and strengthens its ability to deliver life-changing work.
